Why does gravity keeps pulling onto you and me?

When the Sun shines, it reminds me of how my eyes used to lit. When the wind blows, it reminds me of the ease i had. When the rain falls, it reminds me of how it tears for me too.
(I feel its cheesy, but anyways. Sounds like its a direct translation from a chinese song but its not.)
Its an Ice Age now. We are incapsulated in our iceberg set asail in the great ocean, far far away.
