The problem with not eating beef is that you are not familiar to medium rare meat. Red meat. Meat of a mammal. Like you and I!
I had medium rare lamb chops today. I used my knife to saw right into the red meat and the blood oozed out. Sent a puddle of blood at the point of infliction. Gosh, i don't eat meat that still bleeds, I thought to myself.
And like CSI came into mind and i linked that scene to other stuff. But i thought maybe i should just keep quiet or i will spoil everyone's appetite.
I thought to myself. The lamb died for this. Better to enjoy this or it will not do justice to the lamb. Trying very hard to justify my meal.....
