~THe Holidays continues!!!
It has been announced this morning that lessons will end at 9 30! WOOOOHHHHHHHHoooooo!! An extension of the holidays!!
Met Jean, the si-dang!! GOsh, it feels like such a long time since we last met but it also feels like the good old times again! Crashed her school and accompanied her around! My life as a poly student. Hope i blended in well! The campus is huge!! I attended one full lecture and could not help but sleep. In an very un-glam way. Like i was hanging off the table-top and about to fall off. But it was the most comfortable position and there wasnt a need to care about my image anyway! Went into deep slumber with the lullaby of the lecturer playing in the background. jean had problems waking me up. Begining to master the art of sleeping anywhere and everywhere. At least i learn Notes and Accounts Recievable!
We came home for dinner. Home cooked food, super traditional style mummy's cooking kind of food which Jean loves. Then we started our baking activity! Jean is a very good baker! Its so much more fun and fast to bake with someone! Jean i hope your Dad likes it!
I dont take Chemistry practical spa so can someone explain why my cake will not raise?? I suppose its got to do with the rapid cooling and heating that causes rapid contraction and expansion creating stresses between the skin of the cupcakes that causes cracks to appear- Geography Rocks Reasoning.
So instead of expecting my cake to raise, i will call it the plateau cupcake!
