Saturday! I was out for pretty much most of the day.
Note to self: Glad to have avoided some unpleasant stuff.
Xin Hui and i went to the scholarship fair. I rushed to meet her since she was there early. The cute girl freaked out when she saw someone! Gah, girl give yourself some confidence! She zoomed out to have her braces fixed and zoomed back to join me again, not forsaking me. We went into the fair. Well, if only scholarship fairs can be as simple as food fairs or fun fairs. I was more confused with my choice but it was good that reality hit me hard. Plan A and Plan B has changed. Gives a new edition for emergency Plan C.
With our bag full of choices, ideas, opportunities, hope and new-found confusion and fear, but with Xin Hui's great conviction that there are many viable routes for me, we went for luch at Subway.
Finally, i ate the sandwich i have been craving for. Had a craving for a totally lip-smacking, fulfilling sanwich since Cafe Toda.
It was not as close to the the one at Cafe Toda, but at least i had an idea of it.
I went to the meeting at ECO thereafter. It was usual fun chatting, usual occurence of my blond moments, and learning points to take away.
Went home to spam them with emails and i am going to start on Organic Chem. As Mr Lim advoctaes " Revision, Revision, Revision until you get your distinction".
Well he asked " Sye Yuet, do you want to be a housewife?"
Just as long as i put in that extra effort, create a consistency, perserve and focused.
